As a team, we value leadership skills, and we expect that in our team members at every level. Be it handling end to end delivery of small tasks as a junior developer, or handling architecture of complex software. Fundamentally: Leadership =/= management.

- Take courses
- Subscribe to professional magazines/ newsletters
