How we set goals

We are “growth-oriented”. Literally. We are highly focussed on growing talented people within the organisation along the career path of their choosing - be it as an individual contributor, or as an engineering lead, or laterally moving into different streams altogether! Engineering is something we deeply care about, and we all love contributing hands-on - people at all levels get their hands dirty with code, or product analytics. To achieve this, we set goals for ourselves using the OKR framework....
