We value growth. We track growth through progression frameworks and measure them through carefully crafted OKRs.
The Objectives we take for the team trickle down to the team members. For example, if we decide as a team that Performance and Reliability are key team goals, these trickle down to the rest of the team. The Key Results that each team member decides in conjunction with their immediate managers reflect their level of seniority, and importantly, the level of seniority they want to work towards.
